HP Challenge Day 1: Favorite Book
This is a tough one for sure. I am currently re-reading the entire series and falling in love with all of the books all over again. I am a big fan of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and it stands out as one of my favorites from my childhood, although I recently read Deathly Hallows again and I really like the more mature and developed plot line of later books. I really do love them all...

Harry Potter 30 Day Challenge
My HP obsession may be reaching unhealthy levels and I am perfectly okay with that. Day 1 - Your favorite book Day 2 - Your favorite movie  Day 3 - Is there any of the film adaptations that have made you angry because they’ve ignored important parts of the book?  Day 4 - Least favorite female character and why Day 5 - Favorite male character and why Day 6 - What house would you want to be in Day...

stfuconservatives: etrehumain: greenstate: nprfreshair: The Business Insider has a great — provocative, thought-provoking and flame-baity — piece up today about why indoctrinating your kids into this whole Santa myth thing is maybe a bad idea. It’s immoral! Selfish! Pointless! I for one (not speaking for Fresh Air here, just yours truly) am inclined to agree.  The argument goes...

And there is nothing like cuddling with a cute sleeping boy, rewatching every episode of The Office, waiting for the lunar eclipse.

Dog Town
Josh and I just watched the Michael Vick episode of Dog Town and I am completely horrified. 23 months in jail and 1 million dollars is nowhere enough restitution to make up for the damage Vick and his partners did to those dogs. I have the utmost respect for the compassionate and hardworking staff at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary who put the time and effort into saving these dogs and teaching them...
